Every treatment at Ochea Aesthetics begins with a consultation. This is a time to discuss any concerns you may have, your aesthetic goals, medical history and the treatment options that may be suitable for you. There is no obligation to proceed with treatment.
A complimentary appointment, in clinic or by telehealth, where we assess your skin and facial balance, take a full medical history, and talk honestly about your options, including the option of no treatment at all.
If a prescription medicine may be involved, a medical practitioner reviews your treatment plan through Fresh Clinics before anything is scheduled. Nothing proceeds unless it is clinically appropriate, and there is never any pressure to book.
The consultation itself carries no treatment risk. If you choose to proceed to a treatment, its specific risks, recovery expectations and aftercare are explained in detail first and repeated in your written consent, before anything happens.
When is a treatment not appropriate? Cosmetic treatments are not appropriate for everyone. Some medical conditions, medications, pregnancy and breastfeeding rule out certain options. That is exactly what the consultation is for.
